Certified Yoga Therapist and Ayurvedic Practitioner

Karen Quinn

Karen's quest was, and is, to find the knowledge and wisdom that integrates science and spirit in order to create the unification of being that is the heart of yoga. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist and an ERYT-500 studying with Joseph LePaige, Nischela Joy Devi, Judith Lasater, and Gary Krafstow among others and has completed a variety of programs including Phoenix Rising, Integrative Yoga Therapy and RMIYA Yoga Therapy.

Karen earned her certification as an Ayurvedic Practitioner from the Mount Madonna College of Ayurveda. Additionally, Karen studied reflexology, jin-shin and therapeutic touch.

For 10 years, Karen was the director of Rishi's Crossing Yoga School in Denver, CO where she emphasized creating an injury free yoga practice and discovering the many tools available to find balance and healing.

Karen teaches a variety of classes and workshops on many topics including stress reduction, meditation, human anatomy and improving sleep! She works with individuals to find the power that yoga and Ayurveda can bring to their lives.

Currently teaching Therapeutic Yoga Class.
