Kimberly sees yoga as a path to living a life of greater ease, compassion, wonder, and grace through a healthy body, open heart, and calm mind. Our physical bodies become stronger, more balanced, more flexible and our movement is more mindful and graceful. Our hearts open and become more accepting, more grateful and more generous. Our minds find a greater sense of peace and ease.
She offers a slow deep flow with focus on the breath and alignment followed by longer held floor poses that encourage this heart mind body connection.
Her style has been deeply influenced by her teachers including Erich Schiffmann, Sarah Powers, and Saul David Raye but she credits her many students throughout the years as her greatest teachers of taking yoga off the mat and into all parts of an everyday "normal" life.
Currently teaching Level 1-2 and Level 2.
